Poster Child published by Abrams

Abrams published POSTER CHILD: The Psychedelic Art & Technicolor Life of David Edward Byrd, co-authored with Robert von Goeben.

Wikipedia and Playbill confirm the 2023 Abrams autobiography as the major late-career documentary book.

This site uses publicly reported chronology and estate records for timeline facts; authorized full-book text import remains a separate permissions phase.

The book page and shop editions connect readers from chronology into the published visual autobiography.

Chapter placement: Definitive publication (2023). This internal article expands the timeline card so “Read full article” never dead-ends on a teaser.

Context for collectors and researchers: the estate keeps life facts, career milestones, and stewardship notes on-site. Related Archive and Shop links point to editions and masters when they exist; they do not replace this biography.
